Refill Station Program
Using the Options for Life Refill Station to organize, store and dispense over ten different cleaners, you’ll:
1. fill and refill client bottles;
2. keep thousands of plastic bottles out of the environmental waste stream; and
3. earn at a significant profit margin in the process.
The actual filling and refilling of bottles is easy. All you do to prepare ready-to-use products is add clean, cold water to our product concentrates. And, all you’ll need in addition to the Refill Station is access to water. Filling and refilling is something you, your teens (looking for summer work), retired family members or your employees can do following our simple, color-coded dilution instructions.
We offer two Options for Life Refill Station business owner programs (A & B):
• Options Distributor Refill Station -- Program A
• Co-brand (similar to Private Label) Refill Station -- Program B
Options Distributor Refill Station (Program A)
In the Options Distributor Program, you sell Options for Life products under the optionsforlife brand name. As a local Options for Life Local Distributor, in addition to the business you generate, we will direct inquiries and orders that our corporate headquarters gets from individuals or companies in your area to you. You will also be listed as a local distributor of our products on our Web site and other directories. You may even build a sales network under you if you choose.
Co-brand Refill Station (Program B )
In the Co-brand Program, your company name, logo and graphic design scheme is featured on the front of all product labels. Our company name is indicated on the back of the product labels as your manufacturing partner. The Co-brand Program enables you to further build your existing company brand name while, at the same time, assuring your clients that the products you sell are supported by a nationally recognized, reputable developer of green cleaning products.
Program Start-up Costs
OPTIONS DISTRIBUTOR Refill Station Program A:
Refill Station Components (see "Equipment" for list) $1,300 plus shipping. A one-time, start-up cost.
Product Concentrate (see "Initial Product Order" for list) $625 plus shipping. After your first order, you may order by the case only what you need, when you need it.
Pre-Labeled Bottles (see "Initial Product Order" for list) $985 (492 units) plus shipping. After your first order, you may order by the case only what you need, when you need it.
Total Cost of Program A = $2,910.00
CO-BRAND Refill Station Program B:

Custom Labeling $450 per product, per size (or S.K.U.). 1,500 is a minimum label run for each product. Unused labels are held to label reorders. You would begin with 11 products (therefore, 11 times $450 = $4,950).
Total Cost of Program B = $7,860.00
